The food is extraordinarily good, the quality of the ingredients, the care, technique and ingenuity used to combine and balance the flavours (with excellent alcohol pairings for every single item on the menu) are top-notch. One will be very hard pressed to find a gem like this restaurant. The warm-hearted service and relaxed setting make this place a dining experience you want to come back to again and again. “ An absolute must visit. First of all, the ambiance is great. It’s cozy, there was only one chef cooking in the kitchen. The staff is excellent and explain the menu perfectly. But wow, I just didn’t expect to love this place so so much. I think this may be one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at in my life. The dishes were so intricate and well thought out. The flavours, outstanding. I was absolutely stuffed at the end and remember thinking that I could eat it all again anyways. Very unique blends per dish but, came together beautifully-especially the aged New York strip with Foie Gras, Nettles, Dandelion jus and sunflower seeds, the tart with liver mouse, the Sea Urchin dish (right level of saltiness), and the baked Saffron custard with a indoor grown Rhubarb! Chicken Liver and Heart Double Ravioli with yellowfoot chanterelles and artichoke: A delightful combination of earthy and rich flavors. Kohlrabi Tortelli with sea urchin and cider: A creative blend of textures and a highlight on the menu. Grilled Lamb with morcilla, borlotti beans, and pepperoncini: Perfectly seasoned and tender.
